Are bookings necessary?
No, there is no need to book. Just turn up 5 minutes prior to a session time starting.
Please contact us in regards to groups of 20+ people or private rink hire here.

What clothing is appropriate?
It is very cold in the rink so jumpers and long pants are recommended. Make sure that nothing too bulky is worn so moving around on the ice is easy. Long socks must be worn with skates.

Please feel free to bring along helmets or any nonrestrictive safety gear. Helmets are also available at the desk.

How young is too young to skate?
We have no age restrictions, however the recommended age is 4+. For the little ones, double bladed skates are available as well as single bladed skates. Regular single bladed skates start at a size 8 while double bladed skate are adjustable and must be worn over the top of enclosed shoes.

Do you have skate aids?

Yes, we have penguins and kangas available for hire for $10.

Does it cost to watch?

No, a cost only applies for skating or tobogganing.

Can I toboggan any time?

No, tobogganing tickets can only be redeemed during a session time.

Do you have a skate sharpening service?

Yes, this is at a cost of $10 per set of skates.

Are food and drinks available at the rink?

We have a range of hot and cold drinks available. Any food can be purchased next door at Otto's.

When can I ice skate?

Public sessions run daily and can be found here. Please note that session times are different during the school holiday period.

Can I purchase tickets online?

No, ice skating and tobogganing tickets can only be purchased at the rink.

Are gift vouchers available?

Yes, these can be purchased at the rink in physical copies only.

Are refunds available?

All ticket sales are final and are non-refundable or exchangeable, please think carefully before going onto the ice.
